Studio visits

Visits are by appointment

Our studio is a working space, so we book visits in small groups. Each visit includes a walk through the process and time to browse the pieces in person.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Most cities receive them within five working days.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 14 days if it is unused and in its packaging. Chipped or faulty pieces are replaced.

Do you make custom pieces?

Some makers take commissions. Send a sketch or photo through the form and we will check availability.
